Those days are gone

Those days are gone

Those days are gone now

so dark and so cold

Those days are gone now

So afraid and alone

Those days are gone now

I was struggling too hard on my own

Those days are gone, those days are gone

Those days are gone now, thank you Lord

Those days are gone

Those days are gone now, thank you Lord

Those days are gone (I’m forever saaved)

Those days are gone now

when I didn't see you

Those days are gone now

when I didn't dare to

Those days are gone now

I was struggling too hard on my own

Those days are gone, those days are gone

Those days are gone now...

Through your blood, through your healing power

Through your blood I am free

Every day, through your grace I am saved

Every day in you I live

O Jesus, oo Jesus

O Jesus, You set me free

O Jesus, oo Jesus

O Jesus, You cover me

About Those days are gone

This song I wrote in 2010 (I think it was?). I was reminded to look forward and not look back. God always wants to do something new and he sees you through the blood of Christ not through your failures or dark spots.

“Forget the former things;

do not dwell on the past.

See, I am doing a new thing!

Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?

I am making a way in the wilderness

and streams in the wasteland. (Jes 43:18-19)

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! (2 Cor 5:17)

For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light. For this light within you produces only what is good and right and true. (Eph 5:8-9)

He who was seated on the throne said, "I am making everything new!" Then he said, "Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true." Rev 21:5
